We do not collect, store or share personal information. There is no registration, no account and no login.

The app contains no third party advertising and no analytics that identify a person.

We may log anonymous crash reports. These can contain a device identifier for debugging only and are never shared.

We see the anonymous store statistics Apple and Google provide, such as download and active-user numbers.

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see or store payment details.

Crash reports are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Processors: Apple and Google; where data is processed outside the EU, this happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The controller is Next Apps BVBA (trading as Over The Moon), Next Apps BVBA, Stationsplein 41, 9160 Lokeren, Belgium.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict processing and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

To exercise a right or to have data deleted, email hello@overthemoon.games. We answer within 30 days.
